Sure we should improve all schools, this policy doesn’t achieve this.

Respectfully I disagree, I’m not private school educated, but I fail to see how taxing education is of benefit to anyone? It’s basically just punishing the middle class, makes zero difference to the super rich who don’t really pay their fair share of tax.
