We have not made documentation yet, but I think it should be doable without documentation. The list of vender requests can be found here in code: github.com/Aitum/obs-ai...

We have obs-websocket vendor requests that make that possible. for example @pwnyy.tv made an extension for @streamer.bot

With Stream Suite now out of Beta we have lot's of plans on what to add next...

For motion blur I would obs-shaderfilter, composite blur or recursion effect plugin for OBS

If it shows in OBS it did not uninstall correctly. You can also disable plugins in the plugin manager you can find in the OBS tools menu. If that does not help we can provide you support in our discord aitum.tv/discord
