Ploti, my buddy, I am sure the stars were not annoyed with you. They're pissed as hell at me, though.

It has a tendency to tell you what you need to know, whether you think it's answering your question or not.
I read I Ching professionally, and it's amazing. Subscribe to Benebell Wen on YouTube, and get her translation of I Ching if you can. It could save a typical student a year or more of fumbling around with opaque translations.
That book is quite dense. Almost as hard to read as the ancient sources.

Is there a guy out there who is obsessed with gematria, especially of the name David, and who goes around collecting other people's info for a database?
I have dreamed about him twice.

Do you find that it gives you more objectivity, or more capacity to understand different views?
In 1962, a music teacher gave me to understand that I couldn't sing. Here I am today with UUCB's MUUsicShare group at a memory care facility. We led a sing-along of old familiar tunes for the residents. I sang just fine, thanks.

Any young folk who don't know who Leonard is, eddicate yourselves: ictnews.org/news/so-its-...

This situation is quintessentially Platonic. Plato had "Let no one ignorant of geometry enter here" over the door primarily because of the mathematical vision of Timaeus, but every student of Euclid knows what I said above.
When doing Classical geometry, you are making a coarse model of a fine reality (due to limits imposed by the solidity of the implements), yet you learn things about the ideal realm envisioned in the definitions.
I guessed around that many, but my old memory wasn't up to more than that.
I got 20/20, a sign of a youth spent in libraries 🤓
