Indeed! Especially combined with the OS triennial fly-overs, where they take high quality photos of everywhere and then all of that is triple-cheked against positioning data before being committed to the maps.

The OS info is awesome. I'm just glad we don't have to rely on paper maps as much now 😅😅

They also use Ordinance Survey data. They go out whenever there are major changes reported and use a whole bunch of tools to measure and track the new developments, they are accurate to within 1cm, which is kinda wild!
