Hi I'm Des and I do prop and environment art in the games industry and here is a collection of some of my personal projects.

A pilot operates a large, fast-moving sail craft composed of numerous billowing sails on a single triangular keel slung beneath a long metal rod. Intricate mechanisms in the center of the keel and rod manipulate the sails to harness the harsh winds. The point of the keel digs deep into the soft sands for balance and speed, carving its way through the desert like a knife through batter. Painted as a concept piece for ILM's 2016 Artstation Challenge.
