*supposedly* this is based on actual Japanese street lights which used to use mercury and not sodium so they were more blue than orange.
but I only heard this from somewhere so it might be apocryphal
One of my favorite things about the FF7 Remake are the city lights in Midgar - since the city is powered by Mako, which is greenish-blue, most of the the lights have a slight green tint to them.

The earlier film, The Return of the Incredible Hulk was not nearly as good but ALSO had a surprise character cameo - and they were quite different than I knew them. ⚡
It looks like there's a third of these movies: The Death of the Incredible Hulk, but it's not on Prime.
I just watched "The Trial of the Incredible Hulk" (1989) starring Bill Bixby and Lou Ferrigno.
I was surprised with how much Marvel lore was in this hilariously campy movie.
Do yourself a favor and watch this without reading the synopsis.
