Day 2 of the event was pitch day. We pitched at 1:40 pm, received a recommendation for award 20 mins later, and an award notification as we headed to DCA at 4 pm ~$. By the time we landed at ORD we had a fully executed agreement. 🤯

We got a quote a few months ago. They had tiered service plans and IIRC were pushing the ones that would 2x the cost.
