An Employment Tribunal has ruled in favour of 147 POA members at Gatwick Immigration Removal Centres. In a case led by Iain Birrell of Thompsons Solicitors, the employer was found to have unlawfully bypassed collective bargaining. £750k+ in compensation awarded.
