I strongly suspect his huge number of children isn't about immortality, but the result of the trauma of his first child dying of SIDS.

California is the same way.
"should we really resort to playing dirty to defeat the nazis i–"
yes. kick em in the fucking balls. what kind of question is that. grow the fuck up
as a former cowboy I have a lot of Opinions about this
I dare you not to tear up reading this whole thing, which you should do immediately. if these are the times we’re living in, then this is how we should aspire to be in them
some people could have a guy punching them in the face over and over, and they'd still say they weren't going to start a fight by punching back
I hope you feel better soon!
also, if I've played Earthbound a dozen times since it was first released but never played Mother, will I be missing much from Mother 3?
what system do you recommend playing it on?
girl if you're gonna be walking around in this I don't even care if the oven is on
yup, that's them. for some reason they feel much, much worse to me than the D&D party you fight as one of the Shulva bosses.
oh, yeah, totally forgot he existed. I was thinking of Lud and Zallen, which to me falls into the category of "if we say it's intended for co-op we can just throw a second boss in there and not bother to balance it"
sorry maybe I'm being dumb but I have no idea which boss is the Covetous Demon 2
you like the covetous demon better than the Old Iron King bosses?
down for me by Certain Zones, plus I think one of the boss fights is really bad. Still very good! Just not as good as the other two.
yeah Brume and Shulva are hard to beat for the best zones. The bosses in Shulva are meh in the way that most DS2 bosses are meh, but the Old Iron King bosses are easily the best in all of DS2, nearly Bloodborne levels of quality. And I like a lot about Eleum Loyce but the overall quality is brought
that one is the weakest of the three IMO, and it's still (mostly) quite good!
they're so fucking good! the first two in particular have fantastic level design
Oh my god indeed
definitely.
schisming with the Catholic Church so hard I undo previous schisms
100%
Jake Gyllenhaal is another great example of this syndrome imo, works best when the role lets him lean into "I look like a leading man but with an aura of creepy menace you can't quite put your finger on"
not gonna say in public what this expression looks like, but "goofy" is definitely not it
I mean, in the desert, the first answer is always "that's where the water is", but the second reason is the Marine base
real answer is "the Marine base" iirc
i love blaming stuff on vibe coding. i'm vibe blaming, which just as good as placing blame using knowledge
now if I can just get a good movie with Foster as the lead...
bless you for letting me know about this
