What the article DIDN’T mention is the Slack has a name! I’m so lucky to be a part of a team of passionate science communicators and advocates in @snapcoalition.bsky.social

I hope my #Brookline community sees how these cuts are affecting those around us and joins the fight to defend federal science funding. (2/2) @brooklinenews.bsky.social @samjmintz.bsky.social brookline.news/re-the-world...
While unfortunate that this messaging is necessary, it is nevertheless exciting to connect with Spokane and advocate on behalf of science. Amazing working with my colleagues at @snapcoalition.bsky.social organizing the McClintock Letters, aided by collaborators at @sciencehomecoming.bsky.social
So grateful to be one of the 500+ early-career scientists returning to their roots this month. The SNAP team behind this campaign has been such a blast to work with! @snapcoalition.bsky.social

I admire everyone in SNAP!
(If you’re a trainee interested in science policy, reach out! It’s a party!)
#McClintockLetters wouldn't be possible without @snapcoalition.bsky.social members such as ASAP leadership @alexlando.bsky.social @hannaherf.bsky.social @isakoditomassi.bsky.social @emmascales.bsky.social

Ignoring the input of nationally recognized experts committed to the safety and well-being of the American people is not only reckless but sets a dangerous precedent for the leadership of public health organizations tasked with critically evaluating vaccines and protecting the US.
The ATS condemns the HHS Sec. Kennedy’s unilateral decision to dismiss all members of the CDC Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices (ACIP). This decision undermines decades of medical and scientific that have been vital to safeguarding public health.

Meet your 2025-2026 E-board!
We are thrilled to introduce two new members, Naman Srivastava as Science Communication Chair and Hailey Parikh as Science Policy Chair.
Meet your 2025-2026 E-board!
Our former Science Policy Chair, Miles Arnett, will be leading PSPDG as President. Dimitris Boufidis (Science Diplomacy Chair), Georgia Mies (Treasurer), and Rose Albert (Vice President) will continue their great work in their roles from last year.
It is bittersweet to send off our former President, Kaeri Martinez Medina, and our Science Communication Chair, Gabriel Vega Bellido, but we know they will make great strides in science diplomacy and communication! We are so appreciative of the leadership, care, and kindness they brought to the work
An incredible training opportunity! Would highly recommend to anyone interested in learning about science policy and advocacy
