A similar suit was brought on behalf of PFLAG to end child abuse investigations in TX 3 years ago.

Just renewed my drivers license for RealID. I advise every transgender person, just as I did with passports, to not wait to renew your ID. Get that done now - many states let you do it online, schedule appointments, etc.

Don't get caught flat footed if/when Trump turns RealID against us.

Donald Trump has just released a national under 18 trans care ban executive order. I am working through specifically how it tries to do this, and will live tweet here section by section as I read through it.

It is not yet on the website, but has been released via press release.

That is what is upsetting me so much. I’m the mother of an 18 year old trans girl. I can’t stop crying but I know have to be strong for her.

Everyone should be aware of the line that has been crossed in the Trump trans military EO.

No longer is this about "evidence," "science" or "protecting kids."

Now, explicitly, black and white, it's about trans people being "liars," "dishonorable," "false."

It's a big step towards very bad things.
