More and more I am seeing "I would never use it for anything creative but I generative AI seems fine for coding" and I wonder if people realize that coding is also a creative field and the generated code is also coming from scraped and plagiarized human code, please don't give coding a special pass
A whole new scam aimed at writers:
- get an email from a writers conference asking for you as a speaker
- google the conference: it's real
- say 'yeah, let's do it'
- the 'fee' is mentioned for the first time
- you check with friends listed for the event and find out the email reply address is fake
I’ve been using Ghost for several years now, and it’s been great. Easy to use and staff was helpful when I asked questions. Don’t love that there’s not a free plan for my newsletter, since I don’t make any money from it.
