It was nEVer ment to be that we should stand alone in the transition to EV's.

This is a joke, right? I spent a good year doing EV stories with The Guardian. Nine in ten cars in Norway are EVs. It's 2026 and we're being treated to stories that read like it's 2019 in a fossil fuel crisis. There is no mention of climate change. The reporter is impatient. That's all we get.

It's like seeing some Norwegian newspapers ten years ago...
Is it really useful?

Actually yes, they can.
We've used our EV's on summer vacations in Norway since 2014. Since 2022 with a caravan behind.
Last summer was a more than 5000 km round-trip up to Tromsø and back south along the coast of Norway.
Really not a problem, just a delightful experience 🙂
