- Das kritische Denken wird unterbunden, was wiederum dem ersten Punkt zuarbeitet.
- Die Wahrscheinlichkeit psychischer Belastungen steigt (denn da sind Selbstzweifel ein guter Weg).

Die müssen verstehen, dass sie manipuliert werden an ihren Fähigkeiten zu zweifeln, damit man ihnen das Produkt möglichst effektiv verkaufen kann.

I suppose because a lot of companies use cost-cutting as a strategy since the only growth that matters anymore is the bottom line in terms of profit. The markets are saturated and the cost-cutting red pen has long since arrived at the workforce. They’ve all fallen for the „doorman fallacy“ IMO.
