There's a place here (Arizona) called Geno's that makes great ones of that! Dominoes isn't bad with it either, they're just notorious for not having fully cooked through dough, or the dough being soggy-ish in the center of the 'za, here.

Right? I only add the peperoni because I need some bite to my 'za, and I don't care for roasted jalapeños or for fresh/pickled/roasted pepperoncini. Most 'za spots here only do those and almost ALL THE TIME the chili flake packets are stale/old af. which is weird seeing as I'm living in Arizona 🤭
