Well said, Bernie. This team is a blast to watch. The at bats are solid more times then not, and they have a great mix of speed and pop. Walker has really turned himself into an outfielder too, and Victor looks comfy at the plate. They could win a good chunk of games if the pitching will let them

Gorgeous card. The colors on the E93s are next level
Knowing how competitive Nolan is, the fact that nobody wanted him enough has to fire him up. Hoping he has a strong first half to maximize value at the deadline.
Also, I’m disappointed there wasn’t much effort to deal Helsley…maybe thinking they can get more for him at the deadline if he holds up?
Seen a few of these being auctioned recently, very cool!
Last but not least!
Thought some folks here would be interested in seeing this - a series of correspondence between Branch Rickey and St. Petersburg Fl officials to arrange spring training games for the 1930 season. One has an authenticated Rickey autograph, which is the cherry on top of this amazing piece of history.
Let’s get this thing going over here on #cardsky!

I love the 700 HR/3000 hit club - just him and Hank!
Are the dates finalized for the Spring premier?
I’m going to need it!
Thanks! Kicked off a project to get an on card auto for each cardinals team HOF without duplicating a release. Happy to have this one taking the 33 Goudey spot!
Favorite pickup of 2025 so far!

Love these! Great pick up
Whoa…the colors on that are out of this world.
Love this piece - framed Big Six Christy Mathewson board game from 1922
Love it - looking forward to seeing more in 2025!
Incredible collection! How did you pick the prewar rookies? Most of those guys have earlier issues - Cy young’s t205 for instance was one of his last playing days cards.
His chances at the basketball hall of fame are about the same though!
Granted I’m a small hall guy, but I just don’t see an angle for him. Short peak and a short career
Fair enough!
Why is Musial here? He had significantly more innings at both LF and 1B then in right.
It's not often you get to add a vintage piece of Josh Gibson to your collection and I can't help but share it on his birthday. Although this is a later reprint (type 4) from 1972, I'm extremely happy since it is almost a zero percent chance I obtain a photo from his playing days.
Not a traditional card, but I still say this one
I’m happy to give Army the benefit of the doubt because he has earned it, and Fowler may improve with a change of scenery - but acquiring the NHL’s worst player in expected goal differential is a bold strategy for continuing to give up fewer goals. He’s at best a huge defensive liability.
I say any criteria that has Cole Hamels as a HOFer needs to be reconsidered 😀
