Even if someone did think it’s a waste of time (and they should have their head examined), the important thing is you write for yourself and you enjoy it. Write it how you want it to be written, not how you think your readers want it to be written ☺️

I know so many people in the kaishin community that absolutely love Cinders ☺️ people talk about it on Kaishin discord channels. Nobody feels like they are wasting their time reading it 💜

We ate at a beef place. We saw a dish called “mountain of beef.” Kaito was intrigued. It was a pile of beef & cheese. The table found it amusing 😆 The evening was spent journaling. Nothing exciting but the boys still had a good time!

Day 13 (actual day 13 after I miscounted 😅) nothing too exciting. The boys travelled back to Tokyo from Kyoto, then went back out again just to meander & goshopping. There are signs and posters for the movie everywhere. Too bad my Japanese isn’t well enough to watch a movie without subs yet 😅

Then for the evening, kaito took shinichi on a romantic walk. A lot of places in Kyoto tend to close early, around 7pm, so there are less people on the streets. But the boys know that the night is beautiful, and they happily enjoy the time for just the two of them 💜

Dinner was a smorgasbord of food from different stalls. Unfortunately for kaito, there was a few fish stalls 😂 shinichi protected him and then bought him a “crazy waffle” for being so brave 😊

Then learned how to make hanafuda. They spent too long arguing over colors, & had to rush the gluing stage 😅 so some of the paper got stuck and ripped (zoom in next to kaito’s hand and you can see the worst of it). It was still fun, and the crafting room played Animal Crossing music the entire time.

Day 13 at the Nintendo Museum! You have to win a raffle for tickets, of course Kaito’s luck snagged them tickets 🍀 Shinichi is more of a casual gamer, but it was a lot cooler than he was expecting! I think even non-Nintendo fans would have a great time and would recommend it for everyone.
