Just witnessed the most terrifying thing I’ve ever seen on live TV. Two cyclists in the track champions league on Eurosport hit the barriers so hard that they flipped over them and into the crowd at likely over 30 mph. Praying that they’re ok, as well as the audience members they clattered into.

Was one of the scariest things I’ve seen happen on live TV for sure. The crowd members as much as everything having two athletes and their bikes land on them at that pace is terrifying.

That was awful. I’m worried about the spectators being hit at that speed.

Samed looking a ridiculous signing now to be honest. A month ago RLB said he’d be in training “after the international break” and now it’s a whole extra month. Hope we’ve not been paying his wages the entire time.

Everyone’s different obviously but I always found more than two consecutive days really increased my chance of picking up niggles. I’m sure there’s an actual science based answer about recovery in between runs.
