anyways ummm life update i guess!! my goals for next year are to hopefully become a dealer! i’m still learning all the games and i plan on going to dealer school soon.

also the other day a player sat next to me and i wasn’t having the best day and he pulls out a toy car of mater from the movie cars and he tells me “it’s my good luck charm” and sets the little mater in front of him where the cards are. 😭🫶🏻

another story today: a guy is just sitting at the table with his homie not playing the game due to his arm in a cast and the dealer asks what happened to his arm and he replies “from jacking off too much” and the dealer looks at me for a good second and then back to him and goes “really?” oh my god

i love when it’s just me, the dealer and an older folk player on blackjack. dealer pulls out a 7 card 20 and the player just sits in awe and say “jiminy crickets what is that”

never a dull day here.

my casino stories expand. today someone hit a bonus bet and the player got so excited he started slapping the dealers bald head. i genuinely cannot make this up man. i wish i did.

had a player growl at me mid game earlier when i asked the dealer if they handed me a chip hand to hand (we are not allowed to give chips hand to hand) and the player got impatient and just growled at me for interrupting their game.

i can’t escape 6 7 at work either. i’ll sit at a blackjack table, player has a two card total 14 and they start slamming the table “ 6 7 !! CMON 6 7 BABY”

i get the biggest anxiety in DTLA traffic esp at night wahhh. this is horrible i hate LA traffic ;-;
