Whoa! What?! Oh my! Sheβs beautiful!! π₯² Please, you know, the stone that broke was totally my fault. I havenβt had a nice quiet moment to focus and kintsugi it but when I do, if it turns out the way I hope, the finished piece will be a magical! π€

Sorry I missed you guys! π€ Juggling multiple jobs and projects. Iβm planning to attend the Annual Maine Gem Show this coming Sunday, and Iβm not sure Iβll be back in time for the chat this week. But if I am, Iβll log in π₯ #SmithSky #Metalsmith
An Amelanchier canadensis (canadian serviceberry, juneberry) sapling that was chewed down to a single stick by some hungry critter has tiny little buds on it. Signs of life. Spring in New England. #nativegardening #nativeplants #newengland plantnative #pollinatorgarden #sustainablelandscaping
Dolores is alive!! πΏ
My garden is a nurturing and healing form of art and expression. This sapling was a gift from a friend and Iβm excited to see it survived the winter despite being chomped down to almost nothing and buried in 4 feet of snow.

Loved this company when they first launched. One of my kids still wears their minimizing tank, but the rest of the options donβt fit or function anyone in our household very well (3 very different body types). And unfortunately the quality seems to have gone down over the years.
π Oo can't wait to see what you're up to. What's the inspiration? Will it be part of your new collection?
Intrigued! Which thickness are you leaning towards?
Depends on the size. But generally for a pendant that's a single flat layer, I'd go 1mm / 18 gauge or thicker. What are your thoughts on this? For a second, pretend cost is not a factor.

Screw the rules. Who made rules for how you wear your jewellery anyway? Wear whatever the hell you want, however the hell you want.

There's an artist in Marblehead, on the coast of northern Massachusetts, that does this kind of traditional gyotaku print work. I happened to be there in February (always preferring to travel during the off season) but his studio was closed. I hope to go back someday!

Just popped over on to your etsy site. I know these aren't copper, but they caught my eye. You should share your work more often! π
These earrings are so pretty! Really like the wire technique you used here. And selenite has such a lovely glow π€
Calculus? Or the string method? I like it a lot! Simple but unexpected. Minimal but not boring.
Oh yay! You're going to have such a fabulous time! And it looks like the weather is going to be perfect over the next several days (unusually sunny and warm-ish for this time of year). I'll look forward to seeing photos and hearing about your trip! Safe travels, you!! Thanks for tagging me π
Elegant setting. Refined but edgy. Love it!
Uri Geller π€£ So fluid! The rings, I mean. Love them π§‘
Oh so sweet! π€ Well done, you! Happy anniversary!

Everyone is going to want a set of these! I know I do! π€
Beautiful. So delicate and fresh βοΈ And such a sweet memory you'll have when you look back on them
I'm so drawn to these! The cheery colors and simple, slightly whimsical shape. Looking forward to seeing what you make with them π
Itβs nearly mid-April and the sun was shining this morning, so I went out with only a flannel shirt and a scarf. Had to turn back around when I realized it was only 34 degrees. Theyβre saying next week it might hit 80?
Ugh, sorry. Rest and feel better soon!
Cool beans. Iβm going to send a couple of words to you via DM so that I have this request noted!
Often times, when I scroll, itβs on a curated list I created or a specific art feed or hashtag. And sometimes mutuals. That does so much to keep the experience here positive for me π Thereβs no algorithm here, so you get to create your own experience, rather than having one fed you.
