You should check out a small press game called ShipHead card game 2023. You can buy it direct from Sir Deer & Owls or on Amazon. Card shedding game for 3-7 players, scales based on player count. Picked up my copy from the designer at Game Market West, super nice guy too. Plays 9+. IMO far superior.
