Cranked up the fishiness to 11 with this design, the thousand-yard stare, armor plated head, and plenty of fins and barbels. Lancetfish, lionfish, and barracuda make for great piscene Inspirations, but a stranger on is pelagornis. I was drawn to the toothy beak of the ancient seabird while thinking of Tiamat's own crooked nose and mouthful of needle-sharp teeth. I also shifted the hue of her bioluminescent fins closer to red to make the Kaio-ken reference even more apparent, also I think it looks cool.
