I was feeling nostalgic looking at old flickr photos and couldn't help but notice how much more color we had in our lives 20 or so years ago. From clothes to dishes to sheets, pajamas, and our walls. So much color. It never left me, how about you?

I almost cried at the dentist on Monday. I was getting a filling replaced and my slippy wonky jaw kept locking which would open the door for the panic monster. Thank you to my amazing dentist who patiently gave me room to stop and breathe at each monster knock. She is the best & yay for kindness.
