John Phelan is a businessman with no prior military service. "He and wife previously fundraised millions of dollars Donald Trump’s campaign before he was confirmed as Navy secretary in 2025." In other words he was incompetent but loyal/corrupt. Now our Navy is a mess. This is 100% on Trump!
