Cut into thick slices and place down in a hot dry pan until brown on one side. Flip and then add above mix, cook until done and infused with garlic and herbs.

Can finish with a splash of white wine and butter at the end to create a nice pan sauce.

Alternatively since you said you have lots of Garlic and herbs.

Mix 1 tbsp Chopped Garlic, 2 sprigs Thyme, 1 sprig Rosemary, 4 tbsp Olive Oil, S&P

Bake at 400 for 15, wall covered with aluminum foil
Open, spoon over any remaining non-absorbed sauce, cook for another 5-15 (depending on exact size and how well done you want them.
Take out and let sit for a few minutes.

Per 2-3 mushrooms (probably 3 at that size)

2tbsp soy
1 tbsp balsamic
1/2 tsp minced garlic
1/4 tsp grated/minced ginger
1/2 tbsp olive oil.

Mix and spoonover mushrooms gill side up in a baking dish.
Let marinade for 15 minutes
After 15, re-apply sauce and make sure are well coated
