Didn’t have my V60, so I improvised, used the office drip filters, a couple of straws, and the hotel coffee machine with my C60 to rig up a makeshift pour-over. Honestly, not bad.

Finally got my C60 Barracuda. It’s so hefty.
9Barista late night espresso. The ritual is nice though the cleanup is a bit more involved than a regular espresso machine.
MoonKettle 🌙 that’s replacing my gooseneck for pour overs and Bird brews. The loss of fine control was awkward at first but once I got used to it it’s basically the same.

Experimenting with combining multiple elements in a single cup. The hearts aren’t perfect, but they’re not bad, and the rosetta does feel a bit long.
Hotpot with a Balmuda gas burner. It’s not the most powerful burner, but it’s convenient not having to deal with any cables.
Thank you:)

Very nice 👌
I was thinking without the heart at the top and making it sharp like a tree.
It’s a Rosetta that looks more like a pine tree but with waves at the bottom.

I’d love to know what this pattern is called. It’s not quite a rosetta and not really a pine rosetta either. Does anyone know the name?
Thanks. The warm colour robes do bring in a sense of comfort.

Slow rosetta; at least an attempt. The base could use a few more ripples, but the rest came out pretty clean.

Tulip 🌷 but not quite perfect, only a few wings. Still trying to get my kimera pitcher figured out

Trying out a new pitcher and honestly it offers better control than pitchers with handles for me.

I prefer my traditional latte cup, but sometimes these double-walled glass cups make the latte look incredibly satisfying.

This time, it’s not latte art. It’s an espresso shot with a splash of oat milk creamer. The clouds looked incredibly dreamy.

Testing out how to steam using the Odyssey Argos. So far so good. With the Weber Steam Dial, I can approximate the steam output closer to what I'm used to.
