Didn’t have my V60, so I improvised, used the office drip filters, a couple of straws, and the hotel coffee machine with my C60 to rig up a makeshift pour-over. Honestly, not bad.

Finally got my C60 Barracuda. It’s so hefty.

9Barista late night espresso. The ritual is nice though the cleanup is a bit more involved than a regular espresso machine.

MoonKettle 🌙 that’s replacing my gooseneck for pour overs and Bird brews. The loss of fine control was awkward at first but once I got used to it it’s basically the same.

Experimenting with combining multiple elements in a single cup. The hearts aren’t perfect, but they’re not bad, and the rosetta does feel a bit long.

Hotpot with a Balmuda gas burner. It’s not the most powerful burner, but it’s convenient not having to deal with any cables.
