I have context: you're a fedposting moron with a huge transmisogynistic streak. You're blaming trans women for something the BBC did. You want to "try to empathize" with us (all trans women, period) but you can't because you saw, realistically, 3-5 bad takes yesterday. You probably smell awful.
Today is my 3 year anniversary of Volunteering!
I've been with Hugs for Horses for 3 years
That said
Sharing is a donation too. Sandra’s overdue for hock-arthritis injections (rescue horse + Hugs program). Next goal: $350. $750 = vet that week. gofund.me/2f498abea

Passiflora incarnata vine growing on a stake in a raised bed. Deeply lobed green leaves and an intricate white flower. There are other plants and a pine straw path and trellis in the background.
Closer shot of Passiflora incarnata vine growing on a stake in a raised bed. Deeply lobed green leaves and an intricate white flower.
Detail of a white Passiflora incarnata flower. The normally purple petals and corona are white with a touch of green. Its deeply lobed green leaves are also visible.
Looks like I have a fully white maypop (Passiflora incarnata) flower. This wasn't one of the named white cultivars, so it must be a lucky mutation. 🌱

Growth on witch hazels. Witch hazel cone gall aphids? Should I just eat the galls? Probably going to eat them. 🌱
Screenshot of text from ebook: "...unappetizing. The demented third-century emperor Heliogabalus was notorious for dining on camel's feet, rice sprinkled with pearls, and the coxcombs cut from living birds. Over the years, many..."
Almost sent an actionable threat over that "demented"
Tip of a Carolina jessamine (Gelsemium sempervirens) vine. The stem is reddish-brown and wrapped around itself. There are about 9 glossy, lanceolate to oblong leaves, and a couple pale yellow flowers just emerging from buds.
Tip of a wild blueberry (Vaccinium sp., I think virgatum or formosum) branch. The branch is green and leafless. Several pink-white flowers are emerging from buds.
Tip of a red chokeberry (Aronia arbutifolia) stem. The stem is dark red with tiny white spots. Pink-white flowers are beginning to emerge from buds.
Native buds breaking mid-February, SE US: Carolina jessamine, wild blueberry (rabbiteye?), and red chokeberry 🌱

Oh lord I'm in Hildegard of Bingen mode again. Vita Sackville-West mode, Simone Weil mode.
those fake sites are travesties. I've taken to adding the limiters "site:.edu" or "site:.gov" to my searches, and that's helped
Tiny grass-like shoots of young Allium macrostemon pushing up from leaf and bark mulch through last year's globe-shaped flowers, among the winter foliage of several mature plants.
from a grocery store refrigerator to reseeding itself, they grow up so fast 🌱
Chokeberry (Aronia) berries are still mouth destroyers like the craisins of old, traditionally used the same way in pemmican too. So sour that birds only eat it if they absolutely have to.
Fossilized mastodon tooth on a wooden surface with three chunks broken off, which is very sad. I mean it's not like they're making more mastodons, there's a limited supply of these things.
I chipped my mastodon tooth! 😭😭😭
