Words Matter, So Let Me Get It Right I recently sent out a text to folks saying my cancer was terminal.

Words do matter, and I wanna get this right from yesterday's update.

It almost sounds like spam, like last year when people were sending messages saying, "oops I accidentally reported your account." And then the person would actually get locked out of their account for a time. Block that number and reported a spam.

I thought about you. I'd like to hear what kind of cancer you had, and what the lifelong treatments are, etc.

Correction: it’s INCURABLE.

Words matter and my nurse corrected me on it today.

Find one that fixes cancer.

I don't know why but anytime I do something like this - NO ONE responds.🤷‍♂️

I may have accidentally taken 10 mg of oxycodone last night. I just know that I slept about 7 1/2 hours straight through. I also had a dream with a friend of mine who died last year. She was showing me around heaven. When I asked her who met her when she crossed over, I woke up.
It's haunting me.

After a visit to my oncologist yesterday, I don't know that my life will play out as I had hoped.

Just some up in the air stuff, and some subtle messaging of "do things now in case you can't later."

Nothing final. But it was a fuck of a visit.

They just announced the cast for the live action Scooby-Doo. Nobody asked for that either.

Yesterday was my birthday. My aunt in Oklahoma sent me a red velvet Nothing Bundt cake. I wasn’t very hungry for it last night. But I got up at 4 o’clock super hungry and had a small slice. Soooo good.
I still stand by the fact that red velvet is a lie. It’s chocolate cake with red food coloring. 🙃🎂
