Reform UK have repeatedly said that Kent is their "flagship" council and "the shop window" for how they intend to run things.
When they are exposed as planning to slash social care for old people, in order to hire their cronies as advisors at £150k a pop, I think people should believe them. ~AA

"We're forcing children to lock their phones in pouches when at school so they don't get radicalised" what, you mean the schools where trans kids have been banned from toilets and changing rooms in line with their gender and discussion of them is banned in PSHE?
I really believe this is the most vile gaslighting campaign anti-LGBT extremists have ever run.
Brianna was murdered by kids she knew in real life (not met online), but they've turned her murder into a crusade against kids having access to social media.
This Labour government has made children like Brianna less safe.
• Has banned their healthcare.
• Reinstated a new version of section 28.
• Joined culture war attacks based on lies about trans people.
Either you do something about that or it’s time to take her name out of your mouth.
And there's a pretty good case to say that the on the ground present reality for trans people in Britain is worse than that in the United States. Very good case, I think. I know as a fact that trans kids who joined the NHS waiting list are now being, well, their families are being targeted by social services, threatening to take those children into care, if their parents continue to indulge their transness, and are being visited by the police, if they continue to offer gender-affirming care.
And I know for a fact that the consequence of that for some families is that kids are being forcibly de-transitioned. And I know for a fact that in the UK, many, many families are profoundly worried about losing their kids to suicide. So parents are sleeping on mattresses at the end of their children's beds because they are so worried about what their children might do if given the opportunity. My email inbox, I'm afraid, is a river of profound trauma from loving families who are struggling to keep their children alive and who are being hounded by social services, hounded by the NHS, which is misusing data that it has collected to offer supportive health care to these kids, and in some cases, also being hounded by the police.
And I've been saying now for several years, and I say again to those who are lucky enough to have this choice. The United Kingdom is not a safe place to raise trans children unless you are very wealthy. I'm sorry to be so blunt about it, but these are things I know to be true, and I see the trauma in my inbox.
“Loving families who are struggling to keep their children alive are being hounded by social services… the NHS, and in some cases, also being hounded by the police.”

Woah! So Labour's position really is, 'telling us off for breaching human rights undermines the case for human rights'? Proper Trumpian stuff from Labour's answer to Suella Braverman.

Deeply cynical hypocrisy from Starmer's obsessively anti-Trans+ Labour Government
"The UK is unwavering in its commitment to the protection and promotion of human rights for all, including lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and other LGBT+ individuals

As Wes Streeting comments to condemn some vandalism by trans activists has he said anything about this?

Ever since I finished Question Time, Reform have massively been on the attack.
Including a rant from Richard Tice entirely designed to distract from Reform and Russia.
Everyone should know about Nathan Gill, the bribes from Russia and the link to Reform.
I wrote an article in January about where we have ended up in English law re. "deception as to sex", and what that means for trans people. I think it's likely we can expect to see more of these sorts of cases going forward.

Revealed waiting times of all GICs in UK: Most Trans+ people in the UK will wait more than a third of their adult life to get an appointment, and some will never receive care
There’s no defending a law which functions in this way. Its only purpose is to criminalise transitude and gender non-conformity.
If you refuse to see this, you’re simply an enemy.
Men rape women all the fucking time and nothing gets done about it in this country but if a trans woman performs a sex act on a man who consented she'll be found guilty and locked up with men.
The judiciary hates all women.
A model of a man wearing a turquoise shirt and trousers, covered partially by an open blue trench coat. He is advancing forward across dry ground with dead foliage on it, wielding an intimidating shotgun.
A model of a man in an anachronistic outfit. His uniform gives the impression of being from the first world war, with green fatigues, while his head is covered in a knightly metal helmet. He has a rifle with bayonet raised in a firing position, and a sheathed sword at his waist ready to cut down any foes who come close.
Painted a couple of models :)
This model depicts a flumph from Dungeons and Dragons, a jellyfish like species who also have snail like eye stalks. This one has a vibrant pink and purple body and tentacles that are darker shades of pink and purple.
This model depicts a skeleton, sat in purple armour and robes, and holding a Great silver sword with a red gem in it's hilt. The skeleton is sat upon a throne made of stone bricks, and with runes calved into it.
This model depicts a Nosferatu like vampire, sunken features and a pale, sickly complexion. It wears black robes and has blood on it's face and one of it's clawed hands.
A trio of minis I painted recently!
A small miniature of Superman, sculpted to look as though he is floating while posing heroically, his cape in motion behind him from wind.
The same miniature of Superman as in the other photograph, though from a different angle.
"They sent me here to serve humanity and to help the world to be a better place."
Saw the new Superman film and really enjoyed it. Not sure how I feel about the final results on this model, but enjoyed painting it nonetheless .
Harry Potter was always mid, and now it's mid with a side of human rights violation. If you're still engaging with the derivative bullshit creations of Joanne Rowling then you're actively complicit in the dehumanisation of an entire demographic of humans. Read another fucking book.
Every Harry Potter book or shirt you buy directly funds the persecution of trans people.
There's absolutely no excuse to support anything Harry Potter anymore unless you hate trans people.

UK NEWS WEBSITE OF THE YEAR 2024 The Telegraph SNP spent nearly £400k arguing that trans women are women Scottish Government criticised over ‘reckless' pursuit of gender ideology at taxpayers' expense
Maybe the ‘gender critical’ transphobes should be blamed for wasting NHS money, with their constant stream of ‘lawfare’ attacks on trans-inclusive organisations, trying to bully them into kow-towing to their bigoted ideology!!??🤷🏼♀️
We know that the law is not always on the right side of history. The Supreme Court ruling last month does not make public spaces safer for anyone.
