There's a myth being circulated that the @resonite.com Unity SDK will make it more difficult for us to move away from Unity as the renderer.
This is not true.
It was specifically engineered so it doesn't tie us to Unity.

Mason’s boots splash in the water as they begin to walk away wordlessly. Kip scrambles to their feet shouting after her. “Ah! Um- wait, please! Let me thank you!”

They stutter, “It was really kind of you to do that! You really didn’t need to…!” The narration retorts over the next series of panels, “I had no interest in talking. I really thought I had everything figured out. My whole life laid out ahead of me. I got a good job offer straight out of university. Moved out of town for work. Paid for a studio apartment.” A graduation cap and book accompany the narration. Meanwhile, Kip continues to try to speak at Mason, with their speech bubbles being blocked by the characters and narration. They mention moving and having a place to stay in the midst of their frantic appreciation for Mason’s act of kindness. The narration concludes, “I had no friends or family around, and I didn’t need them. I was content living as I was. Day in, day out.” Kip finally calls out, “Um, my name’s Kip, by the way! And you… um…” They begin to trail off as Mason continues to walk off without them. Kip stops in their tracks. “Right, sorry,” before turning around to start walking the other way. “Well, thank you again. I’ll be on my way–” Their text abruptly ends.

I finally installed Linux (Endeavor OS) on my machine and been playing with it.
It's painful in some places, but it's working (now)! Funnily my portable screen with multi-touch & stylus with pressure sensitivity works!
One thing that bugs me is that aggressive/confrontational marketing seems to work for some other projects.
I've made it a point for @resonite.com to not be like that and respect people using other platforms.
But that doesn't give you a lot of engagement.

I was left in a sort of desert when a friend told me about Resonite. I was dried out of any creative juices, had tried many Games, Worlds, Platforms, but none was deep enough to keep me hooked.
Until i followed my Friend's advice and downloaded Resonite.
