Naturalization records have to be over 100 years to be public I think, but Arrival records are public up to 1982 (1820-1982) through NARA - you can just walk in & look them up.

She can’t be around many people who speak English and/or she spends a lot of time conversing in her native language. Her speech does not reflect that of someone who “practices” English with Americans here in the USA. She seems to not “think” in English, and struggles as if it’s “all Foreign to her.”
