Image of Owen Cooper holding his Emmy on stage, with the text "Last night, Owen Cooper made history as the youngest male Emmy winner ever, at just 15."
Owen Cooper's record-breaking Emmy win is a result of his time at Drama MOB, a drama school in Manchester. He is living proof of what young people can achieve when they have access to arts education 🏆

Don’t text your ex. Touch a 300-year-old bannister and absorb the wisdom of ghosts who made better decisions.
Not only does “AI” produce mediocre garbage, it has a huge environmental footprint *that we cannot measure*. The government is allowing these companies to act like literal outlaws. They steal our data, they will enjoy relaxed building regulations and they refuse to disclose their water consumption.
Ticketmaster now give you the option to buy (for £3!) a 'Souvenir Ticket' alongside an e-ticket, a "collectible...classic Ticketmaster paper ticket", which makes me pine for an earlier, simpler time.
I don't 'refuse to use' AI, I just don't use AI; in the same way that I don't shoplift, or plagiarise other people's books - it requires no effort of will, it's just not something I would think of doing
Trans women are women and no court judgement can change that. Without wanting to diminish the negative effect that legal oppression has on trans lives, there is no reason why lawyers and judges are qualified to make this argument over actual experts in the field.
@joebarton.bsky.social is this the plot for s2 of Black Doves? Big Ange hires Whishaw to "deal with" the mole?

BBC just released damning research on AI assistants' news accuracy.
Results: 51% of AI responses had significant issues. 19% introduced errors when citing BBC. 13% misquoted or made up BBC content entirely. 🤐🤐

Alexander needs to set up an OnlyFans where he just chats and dispenses awkward wisdom.
it's going to sound gimmicky but I think that women shouldn't have to read the Gaiman piece but all men should read it to the end, just as all men should have read all the long reads about the Pelicot case, so many seem to still not realise the extent to which so many men hate and want to hurt us
"So, just a quick one everyone, let's just aim the goo at the shoulders shall we? Anna is crying and can't open her eyes, so can we pivot to neck and down please?"
I am a climate scientist and this is correct ⬇️
Happy 'New Series of The Traitors' Day to all who celebrate. It's the most wonderful time of the year!
sorry to be both blunt and righteous but I think this is also true of people making "funny" images of eg Trump or Musk looking silly, or doing stupid ChatGPT prompts for fun - there's no right way to use generative AI! all of it is slop destroying the planet and making horrid people more powerful!
More women have been attacked by other women in restrooms for being suspected of being trans in 2024 than women have ever been attacked in a restroom by a trans woman in all of recorded history.

love to see all the acclaim this show is getting. So deserved 🩸
This is such a great fund for up and coming Welsh talent.
I love this story, it's a perfect precinct for a teen drama. Friday Night Lights but with Buddhism.
What I think is interesting about Gregg Wallace is not, in fact, Gregg Wallace at all.
It’s the way that, as someone who watched Masterchef since it was called Masterchef Goes Large… how many female contestants start out brilliant and then over several eps their performance collapses.

Being in a choir during the festive season means always having a kazoo to hand.
