I got the Platinum Trophy for Memories of Celceta back on Vita, and while it's one of my favorite games on the platform, I think it squarely sits as just "good" rather than great in the overall series. Happy to have revisited it again!

OPUS: Prism Peak is one of my favorites of this year and tells a really touching story about rediscovering yourself. You like the dad game vibes of Pragmata and Resident Evil Requiem + a Studio Ghibli atmosphere? Definitely check this one out

I did that ONCE and got burned because they ended up cancelling the event :D
@ me next time bro
In any case, there's another dad game that I'll be talking about later this week that shouldn't go under the radar
Really enjoyed Pragmata! Its relatively short run time really works out in its favor so that the whole hacking thing doesn’t lose the luster www.rogerebert.com/video-games/...
$80 *and* a key card is insane lmao
The last of my Japan haul from Shibuya!
Is this about Crimson Desert lol
went to Nakano Broadway last night, can you believe most of these were like $12 USD??? 😩
Unironically, play a video game instead of posting online
Decided to spend some time in Akihabara today
changed my auto insurance address to reflect my new place in downtown LA and it jumped up like an extra $80 a month wtf
It was fun going back to play these games from when I was in 7th grade!
are you talking about the story mission with the mountain and all those enemies? I just rode my horse all the way to the top and skipped everyone. They literally don't matter, just make for the boss at the end
I did really basic guides like "how to tame horses" and "how to fish" lol let's hope that shit doesn't change too much

yeah after I was done on Sunday, I went back to another game I was reviewing and it felt GLORIOUS
I personally didn't really like it all that much, but the game got a shit ton of patches ahead of the embargo to help out the alarming lack of QoL issues
it's overwhelmingly huge, and codes should've gone out a month earlier, at minimum lol
One thing I can say about Crimson Desert is that my Xbox controller now has stick drift, thanks
I also photoshopped some headphones onto Kliff

I don’t care about DLSS5 😭
AKSYS???
38 lmao
the aggravated wraiths singlehandedly almost ruined the game for me lmao and I hope they never return in future games
sorry to say but there are no jobs out there lmao
lowkey upset that RE Requiem didn’t get a proper collectors edition like the past 4 games did but instead got ugly ass amiibos
enjoyed the hell out of Monster Hunter Stories 3, and it's the best game in the series so far: www.forbes.com/sites/george...
last time I went to China was back in 2016, and I remember being on a train that drove *through* a fucking mountain. I can't imagine how much cooler China is now lol
it’s got me reminiscing about the 80s and I wasn’t even born yet lmao
