With clan emblems, the main issue is usually when the concept isn’t clear it turns into a lot of guesswork on the artist’s end.
If you can share your idea in a bit more detail it makes the process much smoother.

Logos and icons sound simple until you realize half the internet looks the same happy to make sure yours doesn't.

I really like the eldritch direction you're going for especially the idea of a horror form transformation.

I haven’t done a full eldritch anime sheet yet, but I’d love to explore that direction especially adding things like multiple eyes, distortions, and a more cosmic horror feel.

I usually aim for a semi-realistic style rather than super cartoony, so I think I could match what you’re going for pretty well.

Honestly that’s the best way to do it. I’ve done a couple tattoo designs pieces before so I get the struggle btw what kind of vibe are you going for? clean linework or something more illustrative?

Dealing with 16 characters at once is wild! I've worked on a lot of armor and weapon concepts for OCs before so it’s always a fun challenge. I can show you some of my previous work with mechanical gear if you’re interested, and btw do you have the description or refs ready ?

I recently completed this piece and believe the character design and the darker, detailed fantasy vibe align closely with what you described for TTRPG styles.
