Next Project, New Stack: Why PHP Won't Power My API Why I'm moving away from Laravel for my next high-concurrency API project in favor of performance-focused languages like Go or Rust.

I’ve spent years building with PHP and Laravel. But for my next big project, I’m thinking of putting it aside.

This time I’m chasing raw performance and lower resource overhead.

When having a podcast, do you always pay for people to join the podcast? or do you sometimes not pay? Is there a contract you sign?

How does that work?

So weird. I had Gemini connect to my calendar. First I tried Google Calendar, because that's where I have everything. But it couldn't see all my calendars.

So I connected it to my Samsung calendar which just uses Google calendar and it could see all of my calendars. What's up with that?
