Preliminary injunction extended for planned ICE detention center A federal judge on Wednesday extended a court-ordered pause on work for a planned immigration detention center near Hagerstown.

This is another win for our communities in the fight against ICE's mass detention facilities cropping up in our backyards.

In January, I joined hundreds to demand ICE stay out of Washington Co.

I commend @oagmaryland.bsky.social for his tireless work to fight back against this effort.
