Hey y'all, I normally wouldn't do this but my father has had COPD for almost 12 years but as the GoFundMe link explains how he needs a lung transplant yesterday. Also we would have to relocate to Orlando if/when we get accepted for the transplant. 1/2

Breakthrough T1D is creating a movement to improve and change life with type 1 diabetes, advancing breakthroughs on the way to cure the condition. No organization does more to improve everyday life with T1D _-from driving millions of dollars of global investment in therapy development and access, to advancing research, advocacy, and community support. Every day, they are opening doors that were once closed by diagnosis. They lead the way to more effective solutions: connecting the brightest minds to advance treatments, influence policy, and improve global access to care. Through November, I am fundraising for Breakthrough T1D with our community on Twitch, with a goal of $5,000.
