Another thing. They went for trans kids because it's easier to target them than trans adults.
Trans kids you can threaten the parents with safeguarding and child abduction and force them to tolerate a lot of institutional abuse with limited outcry.
I feel like a policy change that does a complete u turn on the established care model for a minority of kids resulting in many of them suddenly dying deserves to be taken more seriously but it's really hard to get cis people who don't have a trans relative to give a shit.

Can’t get behind someone who seems scared to share his support for trans people and condemn the transphobia Labour is implementing. You seem to be able to see all the other injustices and name them as tenets to fight with this party, but not us?

One of the most disheartening things about trans advocacy is how little the people who claim to be on our side actually listen to us.
"trans-identifying", "biological sex", and a variety of other GC dogwhistles have become common parlance because people listen to our enemies, but not us.
