The maths behind this is both genius and terrifying.
I started watching this at the gym today, and it's unsurprisingly phenomenal. I mean, just look at who all is involved.
I unintentionally went a little too hard on the workout because I was so engaged. So yes, what I'm saying is watching this series will make you healthier, more fit, and hotter.
We should already be doing all of these things anyway
