On Saturday March 14 we welcome two of today’s most incisive thinkers on technology, capitalism, political imagination and the rise of the populist right: @quinnslobodian.com and @bentarnoff.com.
Orain argued that the neoliberal dream of uninterrupted growth is dead, the world and its resources are now perceived as finite and capitalism shifts into violent mode. He calls this mode “Finitude Capitalism” with new examples showing up around the world every day.
Feb. 12, we welcomed two of Europe’s most influential and thought-provoking intellectuals: Arnaud Orain, renowned economic historian and Caroline de Gruyter, award-winning journalist and one of the sharpest observers of European politics and the state of the liberal order.
