② Reduce the beast's HP to have a better chance of capture.
③ Once you use "catch," go ahead and knock the beast out.
④ If successful, the beast is recorded in your Master's Bestiary.

Two new color schemes for the game's user interface have been added: 'Clear Pink' and 'Clear Grey'. Yoshida notes that in the time that's elapsed since 2.0 user interface design sensibilities have changed a lot, hence why the initial user interface had a simplistic appearance.

Companion chocobos will have new animation based on their companion rank and will now react to emotes "pet" and "poke".

Onto other updates: improvements to the sightseeing log will be implemented where the log message displayed upon reaching a vista will now display the required emote to complete it. If a vista has specific time or weather conditions, the log message will now indicate when they have not been met.

Consolidated dyes will be added where current dyes will no longer be functional. However, Patch 7.5's implementation, you will be able to speak to the Calamity Salvager to exchange these dyes for the new consolidated dyes.

Yoshida notes that with the increased furnishing limit there will inevitably be requests to increase it further, but at that point there may be situations where furnishings may be culled for players who have lower graphics configurations and players should consider this in complex designs.

The next cosmic exploration destination will be the star 'Auxesia'. A Gold Saucer update will be coming (no details yet) and a housing update will allow for increased placement limits for indoor/outdoor furnishings, new interior fixtures, & a new setting to adjust # of characters displaying inside.

Duty Support will include 'The Dusk Vigil' and 'Shisui of the Violet Tides'. PvP Series 11 will begin & include a new Crystalline Conflict area plus action adjustments. A new dungeon: 'The Clyteum' will be added for the 7.5 main scenario quest.
