Start maybe copying the choreography with your right arm, walk around, and then when you feel comfortable you can try to add the legs work with the right arm! You can also check what the idol that sing a solo during a song do as they don't necessarily does the chore but just emphasize the lyrics

Oh! Most jpop idol (like human one) choreography are based on their use of microphone as they mostly use handheld as well! They will often held the microphone in their left hand and do the choreography with their right hand and it's often simpler that way too hehe! U could watch some live 2 help? 😮
