Our armed forces have the chance to be the heroes in the eyes of not just the citizens of the US, but the world. It's on them to save us from ourselves. Nobody else is coming to help.
I have tremendous respect for our veterans, especially those in history who were drafted. I currently support people who are in our military, especially those who joined, in earnest, wanting to protect our country and democracy.
Unlike the police, DHS, ICE, etc., you have to go pretty far left on the ideological spectrum before you have people who hate our military. But if they don't do the right thing when unlawful orders are given, especially ones of genocidal proportions, that will all change. They would be the enemy.

She belongs on this list for sure, but like you said, I think they are a bit terrified of her; it makes them short circuit a bit!
