Hey @joe.codes
Congrats on #laravel/wayfinder's beta! We're curious, can you share any thoughts on why we might use this over @tighten.com Ziggy?
Types are great, but Ziggy handles those too, right? @hailwood.nz and I are wondering what Wayfinder offers beyond that.
Any future plans?
Cheers

A form field with the text "guesswhoitis" followed by ".laravel.cloud". An error message below reads "This Laravel Cloud domain is prohibited."
Um okay....
@driesvints.com Any help please?
Far out... I love #WarpTerminal!
Turns a nightmare of composer dependency updates into a breeze....

The new release of Inertia for Laravel means a new release of our package too!
๐ We've added support deferred props.
๐ Oh, and we're ready for the incoming Laravel 12 release!

Great actually!
I've wanted a wrist rest for my keyboard for ages... but the traditional ones don't work (for obvious reasons).
Side note: the shirt looks awesome!
A photo of two split keyboards connected by a cable, each resting on a Sitehost wrist rest. The keyboards have unique layouts and keycaps, featuring custom-made designs and colors.
Thank you! @sitehost.nz The shirts and merch are awesome.
I know they're mouse pads but given my keyboard I think they'll work awesome as wrist rests!
Thats pretty cool!
How are you doing that?
In New Zealand, we have a yearly fundraiser for LBCNZ, us firefighters climb 51 floors with all our gear.
I am asking for anyone of you lovely people to get behind me. Every $1 counts. If you can't donate please share around.
Thank you all!

Gorgeous! I wish the one in the office looked like that
Um...what....
A commit log of joetannenbaum making updates to the laravel VSCode php-parser-cli tool that is used inside of the laravel VSCode plugin. Shows a 4 commits, all within 9 minutes of this post. Indicating the hard work being put in.
@joe.codes I really appreciate this!
The hard work you're putting into the VSCode plugin does not go un-noticed.
Thank you, can't wait to use it as my daily! ๐
#Laravel
VSCode the world.... Except Laravel until the end of this week!! Hopefully sooner!!
ITS MONDAY IN NZ!!!

Whoever decided to this deserves a raise!

What date are we looking at ๐
Small 3d printed black box that does not close properly. Wires protruding out from where the lid is supposed to sit flush with the box. Lid and base are bent as the box is too full.
Today I learnt.... figure out the size of your components before you print your project box....
Man, that looks nice. Is it padded?
That looks awesome man. I'm reading through the site atm, pretty cool to see someone trying to modernise the way personel are managed on the fire ground.
Yeah, I get that, we use it alongside inertia with react, came about because we need something with those features internally
Thats awesome! Whats that called? Ill have to look it up
Yes! You're not the first person today that i've read that from.
White circular 3d printed disc with a red Laravel framework logo embossed. It is clipped to a blue and gray backpack. The backpack has 3 additional pins, 1 nasa pin, 1 green square pin with the word "pro", 1 Master Chief Halo pin.
While I was at @laracon.au, @jominney.bsky.social was showing off her awesome pockets! Pulled out this Laravel logo 3dPrint and chucked it into the crowed.
It now lives on what my partner calls, my "nerd bag", Thanks again Jo, it looks awesome!
Hey @jetbrains.com I need to know....
Who's fault is it that @github.com copilot has very poor integration with your IDE's?
I feel every other AI code assistant has much better integration ๐คท
I've been working on my own project for a bit now, and it's coming along great! But I'm starting to realize why so many people have 150ish projects, started but never finished.
Big projects are hard! and doing it by yourself sucks!!
Man I wish the public transport in New Zealand was as good as it is an Australia
We hit the same issue. We just decided to use the version with the MIT license. It's only the newer versions that are gpl afaik
Go on then, what's the worst that could happen ๐คทโโ๏ธ
So I've found myself going down the ergonomics rabbit hole the last few months.
I've been wondering, what are people's opinions on trackpads? Do you use them outside of using on your laptop? I'm trying to find the best mouse for ergonomics.
Already have the keyboard covered ๐
