Those on PC/PlayStation are NOT going to buy an Xbox with or without exclusives so no point in doing what hasn't worked for the last 13+ years. But those PC/PS gamers WILL buy the games on their respective platform which is why Microsoft should release their games everywhere day one.

Hoping Pragmata is really good and does well.

Personally, I want enemy level scaling to match yours & for BGS to eliminate all planets that don't have a main/faction/side quest attached to it with hand drawn points of interest so the exploration could be more rewarding. The loading screens bothered me at first but then realized why they exist.

I'm not a turn based guy at all but for me, Expedition 33 is my 2025 goty and 2nd best game of the gen because it's a total and complete package. Despite not being a turn based guy, I loved the combat system and hope other turn based games copy it. But not every game is for everyone and that's okay.

Which game?

I'm hoping the Xbox/PC hybrid console launches in Fall 2026. With Gears of War: E-Day, Fable, COD 2026 and Halo: Campaign Evolved, I would be very surprised if Microsoft isn't gearing up to launch their next generation console(s).

Yes, yes they are.

That's a damn good idea.

For me, it's about the ease of access. If Microsoft can pull off the streamlined easy to use setup of what Xbox is now while giving me everything that I have now on Xbox and PC, that will be a dream come true as I'll finally have my all in one gaming console.

Agreed.

And then there's those who somehow and someway believe that there's no such thing as an Xbox Tax when you can see it almost everyday.

Best part is how people believe Xbox is dead or will die for the millionth time yet has been more successful revenue and profit wise than ever before.

Yep.

Like clockwork, every week, the same old articles, arguments and debates around Game Pass. Can't wait to see Ybarra and Layden chime in for like the billionth time.

Shit is so fucking tiresome.

If I had to guess, I would say only Halo 3 since it's the only Microsoft published game that went past 10m. This is why I always disagree that Game Pass decreases game sales for Microsoft's published games because they didn't sell when Xbox was at their peak so why they sell now?

The list for Xbox would be pretty much the same. 10+ COD games since it was marketed to Xbox 360, a few Rockstar games and a few others rounding out the list.

Borderlands 4?

Would prefer the entire game to be real time combat. Tried out the Trails in the Sky 1st Chapter demo on PS5 and really enjoyed it all except for the turn based combat which im not into as much as I am with real time combat. This was the first Trails game (demo) I have ever played.

Either way, Microsoft is dominating with their multi-platform direction. Why go nuts trying to get people to come to you when you can go to them instead.

I'm assuming that this is Wuchang: Fallen Feathers. If not, I wonder what it could be.

2022 - God of War Ragnarok
2021 - Halo Infinite (campaign)
2020 - Ghost of Tsushima

Clair Obscur: Expedition 33 as of now with Doom: The Dark Ages being second.

Completed it last weekend in just over 18 hours. Great 8.5/10 for me personally. Reminded me a lot of Kena: Bridge of Spirits which I loved so that was a good thing. Combat is the weakest aspect of the game because while it's good, it's basic and has camera issues. Everything else is excellent.

Three chapters in, South of Midnight is great in all aspects except the combat itself. There's a delay/lag when pressing buttons especially the LB button on Xbox Series X. Other than this, im enjoying everything else. Platforming feels really good though.

Nice!

I'm around 50 hours in and still have a ways to go. lol

I would be surprised if Metroid Prime 4 isn't the big showcase game for the Switch 2 Direct and the big launch title for the hybrid console itself.

None of it made any sense to begin with. Rock wants Cody to be HIS champion? What is Dwayne doing? Buying AEW? SMH. Then he wants his soul? Like, WTF?

Then shows that they're friends and their moms are friends too? NONE of it makes any sense.

Cody vs Punk SHOULD be the main event at WM XLI.

Xbox Series X. Game Pass Ultimate. Premium Edition Upgrade.

Currently over 57 hours into Avowed and around 6 hours into Shatterscarp. Story and characters are good but it's the combat/gameplay/parkour/exploration that stands out for me personally.

Looks great and really looking forward to playing South of Midnight when it releases in April.
