When I was young, I won a poetry contest with this and got to meet John Updike. I still remember it.

SpringSoundSong

A frog
grass green
croaks. Crocus
sprout spurts
of purple.
People play,
blue breeze
in their hair.
So Spring

in song.

A few upsides... 1) It's easier to get better with just a little more effort for those early in a learning journey. 2) The greatest resource for learners looking to get betters is another learner to calibrate with, not someone who will do the work for them.

Being done vs. being better is one of the key struggles in a pedagogy emphasizing formative feedback. It's always easier and less valuable to be done. It's hard to get better.
