He wasn't gonna get the maximum sentence. We'll never know what he would've got cuz daddy pardoned him before his sentencing. But he was going to prison, like anyone else found guilty of felony tax fraud. Moreover, your fabricating the sequence of events. He pled guilty and was awaiting sentencing
