Recently finished this reduction #linoprint, inspired by the North Devon coast between Ilfracombe and Woolacombe (UK).

Image size is approx 8in x 10in. I’ve used safewash ink. There’s 9 different layers of printing, with 12 colours in total 😊

Yesterday was selection day for wonderful Westward Ho! And Bideford Arts Society (WhoBidArts) in North Devon. I’m delighted to share that I was selected as a full member ☺️ Very much looking forward to their annual exhibition at the Burton in Bideford.

I’ve been working on this little multiblock #linoprint inspired by the theme of “focus”. I’m considering using the same tank and fish blocks, and changing the cat behind for a second edition - any suggestions of which animal to go with next? Or different breed of cat?

8 layer reduction linoprint of Heddon’s Mouth in North Devon. It shows the sea, pebbly beach and cliffs, as well as an old limekiln in the foreground.

This is an 8-layer reduction #linoprint of Heddon’s Mouth -one of my all time fave places. It’s on the #northdevoncoast of #exmoor and it’s magical & stunning whatever the weather. After a few yrs not printing, it was the obvious choice of subject for my return to #printmaking at the start of 2024 ♥️

I've just had a wonderful visit to the #Picasso Printmaker exhibition at The British Museum. A chance to study his #prints up close, learn about techniques he pioneered, & see some prints for the first time, like these beauties to accompany texts by Buffon.

I’m based in #NorthDevon and a lot of my prints are inspired by our #coastline. This one is looking over #Croyde bay, from along the #SouthWestcoastpath towards baggy point - one of my favourite spots for a walk
