after nearly 15 years on the same anxiety medication, it’s not working anymore. i am so scared of changing my medication, but more scared of letting my whole life be ruled by anxiety. talking to my doctor today, being brave. 💭

there are still good things in the world like these tulips and like a warm hug from a friend and like a steaming kettle the stove.
