Sora, Riku, and Mickey Mouse from Disney/Kingdom Hearts as depicted in Araine's fanfiction, The Knight and the Sleeping Prince. It depicts 4 scenes from the fic using the branches of a tree to separate them all. At the top: Mickey talking to his kingdom of mice, explaining the journey he had went on. Top right: Riku and Mickey meet in a lush forest. They are shaking hands with one another as they agree to work together. The full moon isnin clear view in the background, illuminating the castle trapped in thorns past the trees. Top left: Riku splits the green fiery flames of a dragon (inspired by Maleficent's dragon form) with a grimace. On top of the dragon's head, Mickey's tiny silhouette is posed with a sword above its head. Bottom: Sora and Riku tearfully reunite within the castle as dawn breaks in the distance. Sora is sitting up from bed as if just woken up from slumber. Mickey spectates to the side, pleased that they're together again. Outside the window, the thorns covering the castle fade into the light as flowers replace them, the curse lifted.
